Today Union Human Resource development minister has launched toll free 24/7 helpline to counter ragging. This helpline is implemented on the lines of Supreme court judgment, where in UGC has been directed by Supreme court to set up such helpline.
Features of this helpline are:
· 24x7 , nationwide toll free helpline,
· Call recording system
· English, Hindi and regional languages, professional manpower
· Unique no is given when complaint is registered.
· Auto Acknowledge receipt is then send to concerned authorities within 15 mins.
· Unique no can be used for future communications and feedback.
